Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.

We deliver everywhere in Switzerland and Europe, including Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden. The amount of VAT and delivery costs may vary from one country to another.

Deliveries to Switzerland are sent by Swiss Post.

Deliveries in Europe :

International deliveries are handled by UPS.

Delivery is subject to customs duties: for shipments within Europe, taxes and customs fees apply. Customs duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the delivery rate.

What are the delivery times ?

Note that delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and, in no case, the responsibility of Brands & Family Sàrl could be
incurred in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.

Your order will be shipped after your payment is accepted and verified
certain data necessary for the proper preparation and shipping of your order.

Your package will be shipped no later than 5 days following your
order (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Once the order is confirmed and shipped (excluding preparation time), count as
indicative between 2 to 5 working days for standard delivery in Switzerland.

Our deliveries outside Switzerland are made within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch of the order.

During exceptional periods (holidays, professional events), delivery times
order preparation may be extended. In this case, you will be informed by email.

Why is my order late?

Depending on the geographic area, your order may take up to 10 days to be
shipped. Note that if the package has already been handed over to the carrier, there may be several reasons linked to a delivery delay: incomplete address, incident, customs delay, etc.

My order is delivered but I have not received my package.

Firstly, we invite you to find out from your neighbors or
your guardian to find out if someone has collected the package for you.

My package is damaged.

You are required to check the condition of the delivered products and their packaging at the time
of delivery.

You can express reservations and you have the right to refuse your package if it is damaged.

In this case, you must inform us as soon as possible and send us a photo of the package and/or damaged products by email to , specifying your order number.

We will reimburse or replace as soon as possible, and at our expense, the products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer.

In certain cases, we may request the return of the product(s) and will take charge of this. The procedure to follow will be communicated to you by email.

Any claim related to apparent damage during delivery cannot be received after fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the package.

Can I return my product?

Of course !

You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order,
to notify us of your wish to withdraw and return the product(s) to us.

The cost of transporting the returned merchandise will be your responsibility.

The product(s) must be returned in their original package, in their original condition,
and in perfect resalable condition.

For reasons of hygiene, safety and health, products returned unsealed (which have been opened after delivery, or used) cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal and therefore a refund.

To make a return, you must :

  1. Make a return request to our Customer Service at the email address , indicating your order number, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days. A return form to complete will be sent to you.
  2. Attach to the shipment the product(s) in their original packaging, having been neither opened nor damaged, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt of your return request.
  3. Attach the return form to the package, completed in full.

If the returned product(s) do not comply with the return conditions: if the product is damaged, incomplete, damaged or whose packaging is damaged, the product(s) will not be able to not be taken back.

If all conditions are met, and after receipt of the package by us, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid (excluding initial shipping costs), as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days. following the date on which you exercised the right of withdrawal.

Reimbursement is made by the same means as payment.

After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Company.

Orders placed on our e-shop cannot be returned or exchanged at our partner points of sale.
